Susan M. Batty, RPA, FMA, Broker and Property Manager, holds a current California Real Estate Broker License and has been involved in commercial property management since 1982. She has managed properties of garden-style office to high rise property in San Francisco. While working for Pac Tel Properties, Susan managed in excess of 1,000,000 square feet. Susan made the move from the Bay Area to the Central Valley in 1989, taking a position as Director of Property Management for Moss & Craig Development Company. This led to employment with the Paragon Group. While employed, Paragon withdrew their presence from the Central Valley, and, at that time, Susan opened the doors of Property Services. Beginning with the management of six commercial properties, the company has grown substantially since that time. Susan is responsible for the oversight of all areas within the company and truly enjoys serving in the real estate realm. 

Danielle M. Leonardo, CPM, Property Manager holds a current California Real Estate License and has earned an AS in Business Management and Business Operations. Danielle works in the commercial and residential arena sharing in the property inspections, tenant and vendor communication, auditing insurance certificates for both tenants and vendors, monitoring HVAC contracts, auditing of gross sales reports and payment, provides correspondence related to rental adjustments, rental collection and performs other bookkeeping functions.
